Place a very long image or text box that extends far below the slide frame. Use the Morph Transition on subsequent slides, moving the long object upward on each new slide to simulate a continuous scroll.

Select your content, go to the Animations tab, and choose Lines under Motion Paths . Set the direction to Up so the text moves smoothly across your scroll background.
