To get that classic, slightly crooked wizard hat shape, we used thin sheets of EVA foam as a base. By heating the foam and twisting it before it cooled, we achieved that perfect "weathered by centuries of reading" look before covering it in matching fabric. 3. Channeling Power into the Staff

No costume is complete without props! We took a natural, twisted tree branch and sanded it down. We then embedded a battery-operated LED light inside a clear resin crystal at the top to give the illusion of an active spell. 🔮 Watch the Enchantment Unfold!
